Passionate about all things DE&I, Vanessa has ADHD and is using this superpower to improve the diversity profile of the Real Estate Industry. She believes passionately that improving the diversity profile of the Real Estate and Built Environment Industry is the key to creating inclusive and accessible environments for everyone.

Experienced marketing and business development professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate and legal industries.

Will is a Senior Surveyor in the Corporate Real Estate team at Gerald Eve.

Derek Wilson is CEO of Synergetic, an international sustainability analytics company headquartered in Rotterdam.

The other half of the dynamic duo, Jennifer is the Senior Planning and Enabling Manager at Homes England. Jennifer has Dyslexia and is the brains of the outfit! Jennifer is using all her planning expertise to strategize our way to success!

Vivek Menon is an Executive Director at JLL. He is also the chair of JLL’s Neurodiversity committee. He is passionate about making the real estate Industry a kinder and accessible place for everyone.

Charles is a Fellow of the RICS, Company Secretary at Fifield Glyn since 2014, an RICS Registered Valuer since 2011 and past UK Chairman of RICS Matrics 2007/8. Charles has FSH muscular dystrophy and is passionate about helping others in the disabled community.

Will is Head of Hotels and Extended Stay at Gerald Eve and has been specialising in this sector for over 20 years.  Having grown up in Northern Ireland, he is very passionate about creating a platform for real and tangible change in the real estate sector for all.  He has a particular focus on neurodiversity, female representation at senior levels and LGBTQ+

Emma is a property professional with 10+ years of experience identifying, leading and conducting studies and analysis which are thought provoking, focused on client challenges and opportunities and actionable. Over this time Emma has researched and written a large body of high quality, high profile industry- focused insights.

Rosie is Sustainability Lead at Cast Interiors, a Contractor and Furniture supplier whose driving force is Change Can’t’ Wait.
