Derek Wilson

Derek Wilson is CEO of Synergetic, an international sustainability analytics company headquartered in Rotterdam. Prior to founding Synergetic, Derek worked as Head of Sustainability at Transport for London, where he was responsible for environmental, social, and economic impact across a £20Bn portfolio of property and urban regeneration projects.

Derek is the current Chair of the ULI UK Sustainable Development Council and has held board and committee positions with UKGBC, New London Architecture, and the Green Finance Institute. As a neurodivergent professional and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Derek is a passionate advocate for inclusivity in the built environment sector.
