Speakers Confirmed:
EmJay Nicholas, Policy Analyst, Strategy, Research, Analysis and Sponsorship Unit, Homes England. EmJay is an anthropologist-turned-strategist with a passion for social impact, who joined Homes England in September 2021. They work in the central Strategy team as a policy analyst, helping to translate emerging policy into delivery strategies.
EmJay is a determined advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, chairing Homes England's Neurodiversity Network and supporting collaboration between staff networks to bring intersectional perspectives informed by lived experience into daily conversations. EmJay is autistic and dyspraxic, and joins our panel to share their strategies for neurodivergent self-empowerment
Jennet Siebrits, Executive Director, Head of Research at CBRE UK. Jen is an economist with over twenty-file analyzing years of experience. She focuses on the big issues in the real estate world; identifying trends, analysing the market, and providing clients with unrivaled insight and ideas. Jen has two children with ADHD and Autism, and she was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Jen joins our panel to share her experience of ADHD and how she has made it work for her.
Andrew Heath, Associate Partner, Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Gerald Eve. Andrew is an Associate Partner in the Hotel Team based in London. He joined Gerald Eve in 2015 and has specialized solely in the hotel sector for the last six years, providing valuation, acquisition, and disposal advice in the Hotel, Resorts, and Serviced Apartments markets across EMEA. Andrew has Dyslexia and joins our panel to share his personal experience of dyslexia within the Real Estate industry and some of the strategies he has put in place to manage his dyslexia and enable him to succeed in his role within Gerald Eve.
